About Soul THYME

A space to Pause. Reconnect. Return.

Soul THYME grew from a simple belief: when we give ourselves permission to slow down, we begin to hear ourselves again.

For years, I’ve witnessed how movement, meditation, and intentional reflection create space for people to reconnect with themselves. Again and again, I saw that healing doesn’t come from having all the answers. It begins with feeling safe enough to pause.

Soul THYME was created to hold that kind of space.

Whether you join a gathering, retreat, or reflective practice, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Because you are welcome exactly as you are, just as you arrive.

Meet Michele

Hi, I’m Michele, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Yoga first entered my life more than two decades ago while I was in college. At the time, life felt busy, noisy, and often overwhelming. I was searching for something that could quiet my mind and help me feel more grounded. What began as a single class quietly became an anchor through life’s many seasons, offering a place to return to myself again and again.

As my practice deepened, I felt called to teacher training. I was looking for community, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of how movement, breath, and meditation support healing and well-being. I wanted to better understand why these practices had such a profound impact on me and how to share them with others in a thoughtful, meaningful way. What I found transformed not only the way I practiced, but the way I moved through the world.

For more than 17 years, I’ve had the honor of guiding yoga and meditation. Over time, I realized yoga wasn’t about getting into the most advanced postures. It was about gently returning to who I’d been all along and slowing down to reconnect with my mind, body, and spirit.

Soul THYME grew from that journey. It is an extension of the practices that continue to ground me and of the spaces I hope to create for others. My hope is that every experience I create offers an invitation to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself. Whether we meet in person or from afar, I hope you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and reminded that you don’t have to navigate life’s seasons alone.
